Homeopathy
In addition to conventional medicine, we can also offer homeopathy as an additional therapeutic approach.
The word “homeopathy” comes from the Greek and it means a “similar ailment.” One of the underlying principles of homeopathy is the “rule of similarity.” This means that an ailment is treated with a small amount of a natural substance that in larger dosages would cause similar symptoms as the ailment itself in a healthy adult.
Homeopathic substances obtain their effect by “potentization”, the repeated dilution of an herbal, animal or mineral substance by shaking or rubbing. Properly applied, homeopathy is a very gentle therapeutic option.
