Sylvia completed a four-year cours of studies in physiotherapy in Holland. She then worked in the Children´s Clinic Olgahospital Stuttgart, in the University Clinic Tübingen and in the registered practice for children and adults, Katharina Bauer in Stuttgart.
She is a certified yoga teacher (BDY
She is a certified yoga teacher (BDY) and a member of the "Berufsverband der Yogalehrenden in Deutschland e.V."
The last four years of advanced training were completed with Anna Troekes, with emphasis on health and life coaching.
